Terms of Service

1. Affiliate Eligibility and Verification

To participate in the AutoReel Affiliate Program (“Program”), an applicant must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including the applicant’s legal name or legal entity name, principal place of business, valid contact information, payment information, tax information where requested, and a description of the websites, social-media accounts, applications, email lists, or other channels through which the applicant intends to promote AutoReel.

AutoReel may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or Affiliate account in its sole discretion. AutoReel may require an Affiliate at any time to provide reasonable documentation to verify identity, ownership or control of promotional channels, payment-account ownership, tax status, traffic sources, and compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time specified by AutoReel may result in suspension, rejection of referrals, withholding of commissions, or termination from the Program.

Each Affiliate may maintain only one Program account unless AutoReel expressly authorizes additional accounts in writing. An Affiliate may not create or control multiple accounts, use aliases, or use multiple identities, email addresses, payment accounts, or entities to evade Program rules, payment limits, review procedures, suspension, or termination.

2. Qualified Referrals and Commission Approval

A “Qualified Referral” is a new, bona fide, arm’s-length customer who:

- Uses the Affiliate’s authorized tracking link or code;

- Completes a paid subscription to AutoReel;

- Is not the Affiliate, an Affiliate employee, contractor, household member, commonly controlled entity, or person acting at the Affiliate’s direction;

- Has not previously been a customer, lead, trial user, or sales opportunity of AutoReel, unless AutoReel expressly approves the referral in writing;

- Does not cancel, obtain a refund, charge back, engage in payment fraud, or otherwise fail to remain in good standing during the applicable approval period; and

- Was acquired in compliance with these Terms.

Commissions are not earned merely because they appear in an Affiliate dashboard. All commissions are subject to AutoReel’s validation and approval. AutoReel may reverse, deny, delay, or withhold commissions for referrals that are invalid, duplicative, fraudulent, manipulated, non-arm’s-length, refunded, charged back, generated in breach of these Terms, or reasonably suspected to involve such conduct.

AutoReel may hold commissions for up to **60 days** after the applicable customer payment, or longer where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or compliance concerns.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not, directly or indirectly:

- Generate self-referrals or referrals involving the Affiliate, its employees, contractors, household members, related entities, or any person receiving compensation or an inducement from the Affiliate to create an account or purchase primarily to generate commission.

- Use bots, scripts, click farms, automated traffic, fake accounts, stolen payment methods, device emulators, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, browser extensions, adware, malware, or any deceptive, artificial, or manipulative method to generate clicks, leads, trials, subscriptions, or commissions.

- Misrepresent AutoReel, its pricing, product capabilities, relationship with the Affiliate, promotions, endorsements, testimonials, or customer results.

- Use spam, unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited direct messages, or communications that violate applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, or platform rules.

- Promote AutoReel through coupon, rebate, cashback, loyalty, deal, incentive, trademark-squatting, or browser-extension sites unless AutoReel has approved that activity in writing.

- Conceal, falsify, or refuse to disclose traffic sources, promotional methods, ownership of promotional properties, or information reasonably requested for compliance review.

- Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or manipulate AutoReel’s or its affiliate platform’s attribution, tracking, fraud-detection, referral, or payment systems.

4. Paid Search and Brand Bidding

Unless AutoReel gives prior written approval, Affiliates may not purchase, bid on, target, or otherwise use any AutoReel brand term in paid advertising. This applies for all referring domains from google.com, bing.com, yahoo.com, and so forth.

Prohibited terms include “AutoReel,” AutoReel’s trademarks, product names, domain names, common misspellings, phonetic equivalents, variations, and combinations of any of those terms with words such as “discount,” “coupon,” “promo,” “review,” “login,” or similar terms.

Affiliates may not use AutoReel brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, landing-page domains or subdomains, social handles, or metadata in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding affiliation with AutoReel.

Affiliates running any authorized paid-search campaigns must add AutoReel’s brand terms and reasonable variations as negative keywords.

AutoReel may use technical controls to deny affiliate credit for specified traffic sources or campaigns. Traffic that is blocked, filtered, or deemed noncompliant will not qualify for commission, even if it is otherwise tracked to an Affiliate.

5. Advertising Disclosures and Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and platform policies.

Where an Affiliate makes an endorsement, review, testimonial, or recommendation concerning AutoReel, the Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the Affiliate’s financial relationship with AutoReel, including the ability to earn commissions. The disclosure must be placed with the endorsement and in the same language as the endorsement.

Affiliates must not make claims about AutoReel that are false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or inconsistent with AutoReel’s current approved marketing materials.
